We take the time to understand your Threshold (need to have) requirements, and help distinguish them from your Objective (nice to have) requirements. We then drive to satisfy your Threshold requirements, and where possible add value by satisfying Objective requirements. Accordingly, projects are assigned to a Project Manager who manages requirements, ensures closed loop communication, and oversees cost and schedule. Your Project Manager, in collaboration with Application Engineering and Sales, will guide your project through design to manufacture to assembly to startup, and be available whenever you need him/her to answer questions or address concerns.
ATI understands the importance of robust, reliable, productive, and safe designs as well as what is required to provide a machine that is relatively simple and convenient for our customers' plant personnel to operate and maintain. Designing with operation, maintenance and safety in mind is a big part of what we do here at ATI.
ATI offers customer support from both their US and China facilities. This is especially important for multi-national customers. Having personnel available that interface promptly without language barriers facilitates smoother execution of projects.
With its many years of experience, ATI has significant expertise in installing and starting-up equipment world-wide.
